Balaclava-clad crooks caught on CCTV smashing their way through patio doors to ransack house
Using a metal pole, the gang smashed their way into the home and, according to police, made off with a quantity of jewellery at 2.30pm on September 30.
A gang of balaclava-clad crooks have been caught on CCTV smashing their way through patio doors to ransack a house.
The three burglars targeted the Birmingham property, moving a fence panel to get into the back garden.
The raiders then move over the grass, past a football net and a basketball hoop.
Using a metal pole, they smash their way through the patio doors – the footage then shows them running off carrying a large sack.
Police say the raiders ransacked the house looking for valuables – and made off with a quantity of jewellery at 2.30pm on September 30.
The location of the burglary is given as Frankley – police said they were not releasing the exact location, reports the Birmingham Mail.
Officers hope that people viewing the video might be able to identify the criminals from their clothing.
